KommerceServer Contacts Overview

Kore Commerce allows you to add and manage a list of contacts that are related to your business and customers. Creating contacts for your Kore Commerce site allows you to keep in touch with your web customers, business partners and sales reps, and they allow you to expose the contact information of sales reps for business and contractors that buy from your store. When you create a new contact in Kore Commerce, you can assign them a login ID and password, and you can define web access permissions and set user role assignments for that contact. Once created, you can assign contacts to agencies you create for the customers you do business with. Refer to the Kore Commerce Agencies topics for more information regarding Kore Commerce Agencies. Examples of the types of contacts you can create for Kore Commerce include but are not limited to the following:

• Web customers
• Business contacts (internal and external)
• Sales representatives
• Internal employees (webmasters, accounting, etc.)

• Agency Home Page
